December’s Dad of the Month is Chris Livingston

29 November 2008 in Uncategorized

Be sure to read our current Dad of the Month interview with Chris Livingston.  Chris owns his own business, and I have worked with him for several years now.  It’s fantastic to see such a loving and involved Dad, that’s what www.dadsworld.com is all about!

Chris has always struck me as very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.  As a Realtor, I often work with home inspectors when representing my clients, and Chris stands out.  He is my preferred inspector because he knows how to find all of the problems with a home, and he also is good at explaining the difference between a “mountain and a mole-hill”  as I like to say.   He is always on time, usually early and treats my clients like friends.

We are proud to have Chris as our December Dad of the Month!

Check out his interview and you will be impressed.  His website has a short informational write-up on Chris, and here is what it says:

Chris grew up with parents that were always remodeling or building their next home and spent his middle school through high school living in an historic home in Albany. In high school he took four years of architecture and went to college on a scholarship in that major. He is also an avid woodworker building customer furniture and cabinetry. After getting into the home inspection business he served on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), which is the local American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) chapter, for two years. In 2004 he bought out his business partner, his dad.  Chris lives in Tigard with his wife and three kids.
