Being a Part of Something

One of our main goals with Dadsworld is to create a movement so that Dad’s everywhere feel like they are a part of something special.  Being a Dad is special.  Being an involved, loving Dad who is a major part of his children’s lives is priceless.  Our women and children need us, and we are not going to let them down.

It’s almost like a club (”The Royal Order of Waterbuffalo’s will now convene.”)  In order to join all you have to do is be involved in your kids lives.  That’s it.  Dadsworld, a club for Dad’s.  

Our mission is to: 1) Improve the overall image of Dad’s in the media and society, 2) Give credit to those Dad’s who are doing a great job and 3) Encourage new or soon-to-be Dad’s to get involved with your child in a big way. 

One of the ways we are going about this is to provide the website www.dadsworld.com  Through our site we have a forum, a blog, an online magazine (coming soon to a computer near you) and all kinds of resources for Dad’s.  The resources we provide include (among other things): statistics, informative articles, entertainment for Dad’s and families, financial tips, gift ideas for Mom’s and Dad’s, fun stuff to read and just some cool gadgets and gear.  As we grow we will implement other ways to accomplish our mission.

We are really excited about our line of T-shirts that we have coming out at the end January.  We have over 50 designs, but will only make 2-3 available at first.  We will grow over time, don’t worry.  All of these shirts proclaim your status as a Proud Father and a Dad for Life.  If we can only get Dad’s everywhere to wear them, we would be well on our way to raising public awareness as to the need of involved father’s!

I invite you to join our club.  Be an involved father and help spread the word that we are out there.  It seems like the media doesn’t know that we exist!

Once our site launches in the middle of next month, we will have an area for you to join.  There is no cost.  The benefit to you is access to our online magazine, discounts at sponsor stores (the list is continuing to grow), and an entry into a drawing for a free Dadsworld T-shirt!  You can’t beat that!
